  • Worked on a global Marketing ROI program that included the world wide implementation of Salesforce.com (for Leads Management), Eloqua (for Campaign Management), and Aprimo (for Marketing Resource Management).
  • Responsible for the solution architecture to automate the global channel campaign and lead management workflow in order to capture leads immediately from a marketing event, track and follow leads throughout their lifecycle, and to capture lead reporting and analysis information for the purposes of process improvement, enhanced customer experience, and faster response times to solution specs for global Channel implementation. The solution included custom development to Salesforce.com and Eloqua and the integration with a Teradata segmentation data mart.
  • Responsible for activities involved in the Aprimo application evaluation, and deployment to implement a global tool to automate the end-to-end marketing spend to track, measure and aggregate marketing investments across all segments, including spend for activities such as lead and Marcom campaigns, media and resources. Developed the source to target data mappings for the configuration of Aprimo and its integration with Eloqua and Salesforce.com. The initial pilot was the implementation of Commercial email campaigns and end-to-end performance analysis and ROI for the Americas
